~Excuse Me~
Uploaded: June 19, 2011
Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers at BP.
A friend said this lupine looked like it was saying "Excuse me, what did you say?" so hence the title.
It was a crooked little lupine in a field of stick straight ones . . . so it stood out.

Perfect title for an exceptional capture, Marcie -- sure looks as if it has a bit of attitude to me. I can't hear the addition of "what did you say?" but I sure can hear the "Excuuuse me?!" LOL Great colors and detail. #1386394Chris Budny June 19, 2011
Yeah, you can totally see that head-snapped-back response... neat find! Love the s-curve of the plant, too. #9467518Linda D. Lester June 19, 2011
