f 3,8 1/250 ISO 200. 60mm macro.
My christmas gift this year is a recipe calendar. It allows me to join two passions --photography and cooking. This will be 'September'
Ontario Blue Prune Jam
3 cups chopped and pitted prunes
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardomome
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.
Gives 3 x 250ml jars.
