Description

As I saw this scene unfolding, I ran up the hill. This field worker gathers his harvest and brings it to the truck, to put the cut flowers in water.

A big thank you to Kathy Cline, for letting me use her long lens, for the day. Without it, this photograph would not have possible.

Love the expression and pose, and the movement throughout the image by way of the floral coloring and lighting. It looks like a winner to me..in my humble opinion.

I've never seen anything so beautiful and so joyous...the expression captured on this worker's face as he carries his harvest thru an explosion of flower color was well worth that uphill climb - even more so, that once you got there, you had the wherewithal for a perfect, superbly executed shot...about that time, I'd be flat out on the ground gasping for breath! :) :) Definite winner and add my fave to your growing number!
