Shy Bride
Uploaded: August 31, 2005
One of my very first wedding photos taken August 6. I wish we had been able to do some non-traditional poses, or at least take some photos outside. It was very hot and muggy that day, though, going outside to take photos would not have been a good idea!

Thank you so much Navin, Lynn, and Gail! I was really nervous this first time, wedding photos are so important and I was so afraid I would mess up! The portrait photos before and after the ceremony turned out better than the photos I took during the ceremony. I didn't get a lot of good ones then, but I did get some pretty decent ones of the lighting of the unity candle, some during the vows, and the kiss. Angel and Steve (the bride and groom) said that they love the photos, though, and that I did a really great job. It helps that my first wedding shoot was of very dear friends, I knew they would still love me even if I did mess up the photos! #1792511Alisha L. Ekstrom September 15, 2005
