Taken at 1:03 p.m. on 2005-08-28. 1/750 sec, F/4.5, ISO 200, 28-105mm lens set at 85mm, Aperture Priority.
Used a 4x closeup filter to take this shot of a single reed blade in amongst other reeds on the shore of the lake. Background shows highlights of other reeds, plus the lake (bottom) and blue sky (top). The green streak in between the sky and the lake is an island that is full of reeds. Increased contrast in Photoshop Elements 3.0, otherwise no other digital enhancing.
