Thank you again Kate. The followers are fire weed. Wish we had weeds like that. #1797565

Well I thought I recognised them as we do have them here but didn't mention it as I couldn't remember the name. I have just looked it up and we call them Rosebay Willowherb. But I am certain they are the same thing as they go all fluffy like that. I do have many many pictures of them and may even get round to posting some one day. #1797845

This is lovely, Christy. I've read that they're called "fireweed" because they're one of the first vegetation to grow back after a forest fire. Thankfully, I don't have any experience in that area!

Thanks for stopping to comment on my rope shadows image. #1817842

Christy, One place I have not had the pleasure to visit but can't wait to see. This is a beautiful shot but, it makes me want to go now (2 children's weddings in one year makes that impossible). Haha. Thanks for wetting my appetite. #1857537

Thank you for your wonderful comment Virginia. 2 weddings, wow, that is allot on anyone's plate. Hopefully next year you can make this trip. Not cheap, but, worth every cent. #1858629

I like you Alaska photos. I took a cruise out of Vancouver up the inside passage and can't wait to get back. The photo ops are unlimited. #2587272
