Resting Rose

Uploaded: May 12, 2003

Description

This was one of my last attempts at a shadow as the sun was quickly falling down to the horizon. This rose was resting against the side of my house and made a very clear and sharp shadow. I tried to hold the rose stem away from the wall to get more of a shadow, but it didn't look as interesting. I liked this because it was so simple; the colours, the lines and the content are all very simple...and sharp!
