Description

From the archives: The Cleveland West Pierhead light, built at the mouth of the Cuyahoga River where it opens into Lake Erie, was built in 1911 and remains an active aid to navigation. FYI: This is the same lighthouse that received considerable attention earlier this winter when it was shown covered with ice.

Hmmm where have I seen that lighthouse recently.:) As usual the capture of the lighthouse is excellent but it is the foreground sailboat and watercraft that really make this photo interesting!!
