Focus

Uploaded: January 19, 2011

Description

It`s all about focus as the Eagles land at the nest. They do come in fast and then put on the "Brakes" as they touchdown.Very cool to watch especially on a windy day as they have to shift around and do a flat spin to bleed off speed.This is Archie coming in and as the Hungry Mouths in the nest demand food they are Very Busy.Hoping to get some Baby shots sometime soon!.Captured at F/8,1/1250,Iso640,400mm.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 8/10000 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 640, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 400.00 mm, Model: NIKON D90

Hi Hal;
This is a favorite bird of mine. I really enjoy your capture. The sky frames him perfectly and your composition gives him such visual power.
Beautiful.
