Thanks for all the feedback all.It was actually quite easy to capture this image, it just took a little patience.
My camera has a good burst mode so I just fired off around 3 frames a second so I just used my cable release while dropping strawberries into the cream. Out of about 55-60 shots I got about 4 that were this good.
