I have watched this man wander the streets for a long time with encouragement from Cindy P I stopped and spoke with him. I asked him if I could take his photograph and he chuckled. He never stopped walking the entire time I was taking his photo's. He seemed apprehensive and talked very little and gave me strange looks. When I was driving away he stopped, turned and waved at me and smiled. I am sure he has lots of tales to tell and I will continue to stop and talk with him. #296797
