Trotting Coyote, Yosemite Valley

Uploaded: November 28, 2010

Description

Another rushed animal encounter. Breaking down my landscape rig at the back of car after returning for a morning meadow foray, this coyote comes bopping along side North Valley Drive. I had my 70-300mm lens locked and ready, but still in landscape mode with polarizing filter, etc. I quickly bumped up the ISO, switch away from mirror lock up, turned on the VR and started panning. What fun this place is.
