This is a great shot--politics aside! #9062622Cynthia M. Yarde-Kiernan November 25, 2010
Yes, Michelle, politics aside, LOLThat was the point of rally, I believe :-)
Was a great deal of fun and due to my husband's injury in Afghanistan, the Yellow Ribbon Fund gave us VIP seatiing right up in the front of the rally. Was quite a show....great music (Ozzy, Johnny Legend, Cat Stephens, Kidd Rock, Sheryl Crowe and others I can't even remember), comedy, and no focus really on politics, so much as the bantering of Stewart and Colbert. To be honest, the whole rally for me amounted to just a message reminding everyone that we are ALL just people....politics aside.
So that is the end of my rant :-) Ha!
Will have more to post once I go through them all...I have over 7,000 pictures I took while in DC. WIll be a good rainy day project :-) #9063096
