Just think of how much of his life you could have saved him by flicking him to the bottom, Val. He could have taken the rest of the day off.

What a wonderfully composed portrait. The triangles of contrasting colors, which also have outstanding detail, are the perfect bacdrop for this speedy rambler.

Gee, Marty, I never thought of doing that...but then, he wouldn't have had all those tasty snail morsels (what DO snails eat, anyhow??) to snack on during his way down! :) I'll assume he was out for a very leisurely breakfast to assuage my guilt! :) (Love the tsetse fly comparative...only you, my friend!) :)

Actually those slobbers and trails are what really add wonderful interest to this already beautiful image! You know...I kind of MISS snails where I live now. We only have SLUGS.
