Vicki, aren't they all? (strays, I mean.) Who actually goes out to purchase a cat? I love them. You do to, apparently. Presently, I am without feline companionship for the first time in my life since I was about 10 or so. Our last kitty, Nacho, left the homestead last year. I think cats do this when they are ready to die. (At least it is more comforting to think than to ponder the alternative.) Good shot--shows kitty's personality--

Piper & Gerda! Thank YOU both very much for your comments, input & compliments on my digital photo of Slingo,,,yes I do luv all 3 of my kitties,,, I lost my black female persian Rhiannon to heart failure of old age at the end of June this year she was 17 years old,,,in about 3 weeks I went to the Pitt County Humane Society & adoped a little male tuxedo who I call Scamp & boy is he ever! :) I have 3 albums of my kitties at www.webshots.com,,,search under user name mspinki3 & MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU BOTH! #3423

oh & Piper I am truly sorry to hear about Nacho between my brother & I we have lost 3 kitties to old age within the past 3 yrs I wud say,,,it's soooooo hard to let them go,,,but comfort yourself in knowin how much you loved nacho & that you provided nacho with shelter, food, warmth and security! #3424
