I'm just sharing the snapshots from the hospital. They're not meant for anymore than a photo album or scrapbook. I just wanted to share :) #1296800

Wow, almost 9 lbs! #8818702

Yes, my sister and I both tend to have big babies. Our baby sister had a 6lb baby. Something about that just isn't fair! :) #8818920

Awww! These are adorable...and you'll have fun dressing up the girls after all those boys. I grew up in a 5 girl family and went to a Catholic all girl school for a while...was weird when I got to 6th grade and there were "boys" in my class!
It's time for the girls to catch up to all the boys in your family and it looks like they're on the way!
Funny about baby sizes...my first I gained 38 lbs and she was barely 6 pounds My son, I gained 9 pounds 4 oz and he was 9 lbs 2 oz!!! Dr. told me I was having another "little" baby girl so I made two adorable dresses for her to come home in so I could see which looked better for her hospital picture...then my heart told me to make a boy's outfit too, so I did out of some scraps from the dress I made for the first date with my husband!
"Boy" was I glad I did "Pun Intended" ~ The doctor kept saying she's almost here she's almost here...then there was silence and I was terrified! Then he smiled really big and held up the baby and said, well it's not a girl and he's certainly not little!!! So glad I made a boy's outfit too :)
I need a baby around here...it's about time for a grandbaby...I can't wait!
Beautiful group of family portraits showing the curiousity and certainly the love she'll be surrounded with :) #8819704

Congrats!
Thanks for sharing this bit of family news. Great pictures, all of them! I especially enjoy the 3rd and 4th of those shown here.
Congrats,

Susan, good thing you made that boy outfit. I have this saying I tell people "My Grandma wanted a girl and had 6 boys, My Dad wanted a boy and had 3 girls, I don't have any hope of having a girl". So I just get to enjoy Neices! And when they get crazy and emotional I'll send them home. :)

Carla, thanks! The one with my Dad seems to be everybodys favorite! :) #8820431

Congratulations! These are great and should all be printed and labeled on the backs so that they can be handed down and everyone will know who is who in the future. I have photos from my family that I have no idea who some of the people are.

It is so great to have such excellent photos from a good photographer to capture these special family moments. #8820474

teresa how exciting for your family to get these three girls just weeks or a couple of months apart. you have done a great job at capturing each of the boys with Daisy. boys are always so cute when it comes to babies.

great job and congratulations you will be a great auntie #8820642

Teresa H. Hunt August 11, 2010

Thanks Mike, I totally understand about the names on the pictures. My mom has a box of old photo's. She can identify most of the people, but there are few she doesn't know. That's why I took up scrapbooking years ago. But I'm always behind on getting the books done. However my boys love to look at their books . . . so I'll keep going. :)

Thanks Rita, it's very exciting to have girl to play with. When they are older I'd like to take them shoping once a year and buy them a special outfit or something like that. :) #8820856

A really nice family album collection Teresa.
So Eddie didn't want a sister? Just tell him that you know a wise old English gentleman who says that this is only the first disappointment he will be experiencing over women! #8820908

Dale Hardin August 11, 2010

Thanks for sharing Teresa. What a wonderful family. And talking about big babies, I was 10 1/2 pounds and 18 inches long at birth. My brother was 10 pounds and 25 inches. Ouch!!! #8820986

Susan M. Reynolds level-addict August 11, 2010

YIKES....that is more than OUCH!
I really think that Eddie - the Reluctant Brother is so precious as well as the one of all the kids with your father.
It's almost too hard to pick a favorite! I agree with you on the memory books...it's too easy to forget the little things if you don't journal and put them in memory books right away. #8821067

Debbie E. Payne August 11, 2010

All wonderful shots, Teresa, but my favorites are your two exquisite black and white images. Extremely well-done. #8821261

Jean Lechleiter August 12, 2010

Wonderful family album, Teresa! My favourites are the last 2 shown here. Yes, boys can be really funny about babies before they come and then adore them when they arrive, boy or girl. #8823957

Teresa H. Hunt August 12, 2010

Peter, being 3 years old I don't think Eddie would understand your wise advice. But I'll be sure to tell him . . . . when he's a bit older. :)

Wow Dale, I thought I had big babies. Your poor mother! :) Mine were 9lb 9oz 21inches long and 8lb 15oz 21inches long

Susan, thanks . . . my boys love looking at their books now. So I'm sure years and years from now when I'm gone they'll really appreciate them. And laugh at my bad spelling. :)

Debbie, thank you. I love B&W so they are among my favorites too. :)

Jean, thanks. Boys can be really funny about a lot of things. :) #8823996

That is a cute image....one for the photo album for sure. Poor girl....she is either gonna be extra girly or a tomboy with all those guys around! LOL :~) #8883102

Teresa H. Hunt September 05, 2010

Thanks Aimee, I actually feel more sorry for her when she starts dating. With her over-protective dad, 3 older brothers and 2 cousins. Her dates really don't stand a chance. LOL! #8883245

Aimee C. Eisaman September 05, 2010

Poor boys....they will probably have the fear of God in them before each date!!! #8883263
