White Freesia

Uploaded: April 21, 2003

Description

I shot this stem of white freesia in my home with my Nikon CP 4500 in colour using the macro mode. For background, I used a large sheet of blue cardboard. I then converted the image to greyscale.

Oops! I submitted the wrong image. This is a different shot of the white freesia than the one I meant to send--and this one, of course, is in colour, not black and white. Sorry. I'll post the correct one tomorrow. #31676

Thank you very much, Carole. They are lovely flowers, and this was my first experience with them. I'll be posting the black and white picture that I'd intended to post last night this evening. In the meantime, I'm delighted you enjoyed this image. Thanks again. -Gerda #86197
