Winter Fog

Uploaded: April 21, 2003

Description

This was shot in Ct. on a beautifully foggy Winter day. I love the spikey "hair-do" of the apple trees. I used my Canon Elan, 3200 T-Max b/w film. This is one of my old favorites, I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks so much Ellen! I love your work and wish you luck as well! ;>) I especially like the one of the daisies you submitted today. The "buzzed" effect was beautiful. Where do you get it? #85725

Very nice work, Debbie! I love the foggy trees in the background too. I do feel that the tree in the foreground is to dominating in its blackness. I would maybe tone that a bit down and maybe add a slight touch of diffuse filter! #86064

Thanks Ellen for the site. I did have some trouble downloading it though...it downloaded but now it's not showing up in Photoshop, even though I put it in my filters folder. Does it appear in the filters folder the same way the flood filter does, or would it be somewhere else? (I have a Mac...things are supposed to be easy...lol)

Thank you Mette, I always welcome constructive advice. I've wondered about that tree being to heavy and will try what you suggested.

Damian, thank you for taking a peak and for your nice comment! #86187

Debbie, that's where it should be, mine is in 'filters' right below my flaming pear filters...can't help with Mac...good luck! #86199
