Hi Karen, John, Renata and Patrick! Thanks you guys. If you ever try this effect and want it to look like mine I slid the sliders all the way to the right to FULL TILT! I liked that look best!

ADOBE PSE7 has MANY EFFECTS and you can even COMBINED THEM if you "SAVE AS" in between...It's smart to save your steps ANYWAY. I like doing a slide show afterwards to see them large screen to see which ones I like best. Then I pick and ENTER! :)
