Description

Two images 9277 and 9275, captured 5 July 2010 at 8:24:22 p.m. using a tripod and remote and a poorly placed Singh-Ray 3 GRD filter. This was a perfect opportunity to blend these two images together and then lighten by darkening for enhancement.

Thank you, Joy, Melinda, and Doc for commenting. Nikki, as usual, your comments hit the nail on the head. The clouds were amazing on the 5th of July. And, someone, somewhere is going to receive lots of rain. But, facing south-west, the sky temporarily began to clear yet, the moisture was still present making for amazing color.

This class, Basic Masks and its instructor, is incredible. Doug Steakley has challenged us, taught simple, creative, techniques that produce magical results. Hope for big improvements in months ahead.
