Description

World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain National Park in Northern Tasmania,Australia.This is late afternoon on the shortest day of the year June 2010.Dove Lake with its beautiful boathouse and Cradle Mountain in the background,is perhaps the most photographed scene in Tasmania.

WOW, Ian - what an absolutely gorgeous scenic image this is...and your late afternoon lighting has really added to its 'mood', too!! :o)

The tones, reflection, pov, textures, clouds and compositional framing here, with that beautiful overhanging tree, all are exceptional, my friend!! :o)
