Group Portrait-Bracketing

Uploaded: June 15, 2010

Description

I used "bracketing" (thank you very much, Sarah!) on all the photos I took on my hike today. I was on an east slope on the east side of Eel Lake in the deep woods in the late afternoon. Another spot that is probably best photographed in the morning. The bracketing definitely helped, and I actually figured out that I could manipulate the exposures the camera took in various ways. Cool! Bear in mind, I had never heard of this until I read Sarah's description under her beautiful photo.
I took many group portraits today, and all were lacking. The boys were very cooperative, but I could not get one shot with everyone in focus. I look forward to more information on shooting groups!
