Description

We're baaack... from Moab. Tons of pix to plow through, but first I need to catch up on many of the galleries here at BP. Entered this recent photo from Ricketts Glen State Park, PA for two reasons. One, to get rid of that ugly mug of a marker I left, and two, to mention that while I was away I was contacted by the state for permission to use my photos for their parks brochures et cetera. It's a 3-exposure HDR with the waterfall from a fourth shot blended in. Now, I can't wait to get into your galleries to see what I missed.

Exif: F Number: 14, ExposureTime: 8/10 seconds, ISO: 100, FocalLength: 17.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 5D Mark II

Wandering Vagabond/Troubadour..You're back! (Looking forward to those Moab pix)...but in the meantime, wonderful HDR work. I can almost smell the moist loamy earth and hear the rush of water. Very natural looking! A good place to take off your shoes and socks and sit with your feet dangling in the water on a hot summer's day. Congrats on your good news...the State of PA knows a good thing when they see it! (So do we!) #8688981

First, welcome back. Second, hope the trip was terrific. Third, big congratulations on the park pix for the park brochures. That's great. And finally, this is great work on a lovely scenic shot. The detail of the rocks and the perspective are so nice, and however you managed to blend in that fourth shot was extraordinary work. #8690625
