Jordan - Petra - Princess Mansion

Uploaded: June 04, 2010

Description

The story goes like this. This mansion (behind the camel) used to belong to this beautiful princess, the most beautiful girl in Petra. Many men wanted to marry her, and she could have got any one in Petra. However, she gave a condition, he who manage to bring in a stream of water from the mountain all the way to her house, would win her hand in marriage .
Anyway to make the story short, an engineer managed to connect a spring all the way from Moses spring (way far from petra) all the way to her mansion. Now if you go through Petra especial in the siq you will sea that stream digged all the way, of course its empty now, but that the history of it.
