Happy 4th of July!

Uploaded: July 03, 2005

Description

I took this today of my friend's 9 month old Lab, Jake, after we finally got him to sit in front of the flag for a few minutes. Photo taken in natural sunlight, late afternoon. Happy 4th everyone!!

Thanks Kay! I bought hats to use for the little girls this week to go with the flag and they wanted me to put one on him, but we didn't think he would keep it on. #1551185

Beautiful tribute to the 4th of July. Having raised a Lab, I know the difficulty of the word "sit!" Great shot and so meaningful this 4th.

Oh how cute...Love this. I too have one of these shots posted in my gallery. Our pup is a Golden who also was 9 months old. He will be 10 months on the 17th of this month. I think Labs & Golden's are BEAUTIFUL dogs!! Great capture here & I like the sunlight shining on him. #1572304

Thanks Alisha! He's really a beautiful dog and quite large for only being 9 months old! I'll have to check out your gallery because I love doggie photos! #1574143
