2nd place winner
We went to a very small balloon and wine-tasting festival here recently - well, the number of balloons was small (like about half a dozen) but the crowd was huge! The sky was fine - pretty and blue but I thought absolutely uninteresting; so I treated it to this texture from French Kiss and adjusted the colors on the balloons a bit to go with it better.
