Oh, Karen--I have been thinking of you during and since the storm and wondering how you fared on Long Island. My Long Beach step-sons were hit VERY bad. I imagine you were too. But you are hanging in, waxing philosophical.

Thank you for your kind comments and warm thoughts. We only lost power for 4 days and had no major damage at the house. We moved out of Long Beach in June! Our friends there are still not able to live in their homes. It could be another 2 months!! We feel very fortunate and continue our prayers for our less fortunate friends. #10418880
