I loved the power of the horses in the chuck wagon races.

I've been moving backward in sequence, so I've seen your comment above about its being your first time shooting a rodeo.
Looking at all three photos, I am as stunned as everyone else commenting on them. You've done a phenomenal job with your stop-action images.
Did you know the Calgary Stampede is celebrating its 100th Anniversary next month? (July 6-15.) I think it's Destiny/Opportunity knocking at your door! Grab your camera and a change of clothes --- you have Calgary's Tourist Bureau waiting to see your photos and hire you to work for them! #10187682

A truly wonderful action shot. You can certainly "feel" the action! I can imagine the thudding hooves, the dirt flying, and the driver urging the horses onward! I have never been to a rodeo with a camera (I have only been to one rodeo that I can remember), but your images inspire me! I will have to go to the next one around here and try my hand at it!
