WOW!! To say I'm thrilled would be quite an understatement. Since becoming a member of BP, I've learned so much - from taking classes, from looking at the work of so many extremely talented photographers, and from the generous sharing of knowledge among BP members. Especially since I retired from teaching, I've been working to improve my skills, but I hadn't really envisioned a Grand Prize badge under one of my images. What a wonderful surprise!

Thank you all for your generous and kind words. Special thanks to Leslie McLain and Ellen Hodges for inviting me along on their photo adventures and for sharing their considerable knowledge with me. It's been a blast and I'm looking forward to many more good times in the future.
