Description

7/3/11, DD. I have to work tomorrow, so created this for the 4th. Below is the original of Knoxville at sunset. I used many layers to change lighting, change colors, add fireworks, and figured out how to make reflections. Have fun tomorrow, everyone! (By the way, I read today that 1/4 of our populace doesn't know who our independence was from!!! SAD!!!)
