Feathered Protea - Original
Uploaded: December 07, 2010 06:45:01
Actually called a Bearded Sugarbush - Protea, this will eventually turn pinkish in color. This is the original version without digital alteration to color. This is the natural color of this plant... aperture f 5.6, shutter 1/60, lens- 50-mm, location-Maui,Hawaii. These protea actually looked like they had feathers as petals, so this is why I named it Feathered Protea... Looks more like a feather than a beard to me!
