Thank you so much for your visit and feedback, Dianna. I agree with your thought pattern. It's all part of that learning process we go through as artists. I entered them in different categories at the time and both got EFP's which was great, but I did think I'd do better. I think I'll put this version in the animals category this month and see if it does better than it did in details and macro.

Beautiful. My mom had a good idea when she saw this. It would be cool if in his eyes you would see another cat in the background... if you could get the other cat to stay in the same spot. You can see a reflection in his eyes of what looks like a person and maybe some furniture. Just a thought!
