It was taken yesterday late afternoon. I noticed these towering clouds with the storm approaching, went home, got camera and tripod and just managed to get the images done in time.

Tess Campbell was the one who told me how to do it, yes, Carolyn.

Amazing IR photo, birdie!! The exposure is perfect with incredible contrasts and detail without washing out the bright part of the clouds. The plowed rows are a stark contrast with the clouds and give it serious depth! Gorgeous scene and masterfully exececuted! #104534

Congratulation! This is a very strong IR image -- really great composition. Digital IR definitely opens up a new creative technique for photographers (like me) who just didn't want to deal with infrared film. Your gallery is wonderful -- keep up the great shooting.
