Thank you Debbie, Damian and Cathy for the kind words. Debbie this is very simple photograph. I purchased a 8 1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper for 24 cents at a craft store. I placed the paper on the table and propped the far end up to give a seamless corner. The egg is a brown egg. I placed a Nikon 5T close up filter on my camera and placed it at the end of the paper. I set aperature to max. D.O.F. and shutter to bulb. I took 5 or 6 shots holding a flash off camera and using the test fire button with the shutter held open. I varied the angle and the distance from the subject to achieve the desired effect. Oh, I also had the flash set to 1/16th power. That's it. Thanks for asking. #62584Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
