What a surprise! I would have never guessed that this would garner a finalist.Thank you Michele and Val for your comments, and congratulations.
This was such an easy capture. I just waited with a fast enough shutter speed and shot. The hard part was being back far enough so I captured his tail, as well. Other images cropped the tail off, which I've learned is a no-no!
Thanks, again!

The first is always special. A special congratulations on scoring gold Bunny! #9817542Bunny Snow November 18, 2011
Thank you for your comments and good wishes, Dave.If I really worked hard on the image, I'd feel more like I deserved it. But, I didn't. It was easy. I think that if I reworked the image I could come up with a better rendition with my newly learned knowledge.
However, it still feels great even though I'm still trying to figure out why some images have the composition and some which I think do, don't.
Maybe next year I can come up with a beauty like you created with your October 2011 win. That one is so well deserved to be a gold. Congratulations to you!

Thank you, Amanda. This was basically a "snapshot," which turned out well. I wish that those which I diligently worked hard with in Photoshop, would become a winner like this! #10008068

Thank you, Amanda. It was a surprise, and a fluke that I pulled up the right image from my gallery archives to enter. #10014137Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
