1/20th sec.@f/13 in manual mode with ISO=100. Used a Canon 400f/5.6 with 2X TC. Used Live-View X10, cable release, tripod, and mlu. Post-processed with iPhoto for crop and Lightroom2 for sharpening. Captured this on May 31st in my backyard on a very crisp, clear sky!
