Thanks so much for your comments Ronald, Terry, Joy, Michael and Damian. I really had fun with this one, and am glad you enjoyed it. Terry - get going with "Layers" - you'll have a blast! I know I've only scratched the surface of what's possible using layers. And Michael - I've not actually used drop shadows myself, but have thought sometimes they seem too "artificial" looking, if you know what I mean? Is there anyway to make them look more natural? (Maybe I should see if I can even figure out how to DO them first, then worry about modifying them!) Helpful hints or advice is always appreciated!

I thought drop shadows looked kind of lame too, when I first started playing with them. Then I discovered the "layer style" option. I bet if you play with that you'll like it.

Lol... Yes Claudia - with more than 30 layers, this took a long, long time. But I was obsessed - wanted to see if I could pull it off. As I said, it was a zany vision I'd had in my head for a long time, and for some reason (like I'm a total technophobe), it took me forever before I could figure out how to do layers, so when I finally did, nothing was going to stop me from bringing this to life!
