I really like it Jim, the bug is wonderfully detailed, and the colors pop!

This is Beautiful, Jim! Great shot! How do you like your camera? I am looking into getting one soon, feedback would be nice! Great work!

Fawn, Thanks for the comments. You should enjoy the 20D. I liked it so well after using it for a day, I sold the 10D and bought a second one. What do you want to know about the camera? I've had the Canon EOS D60, Digital Rebel, and 10D. This is the best of the lot. I'm sure it's not as good as the $4400 1D Mark II, but for the different I bought some good glass (added a 35-350 L and a 135 F2 L). What camera are you using now? I can directly compare the 20D with the 10D and the differences to me are as follows:

1. no more blown highlights (I routinely would have to use a -1/3 to -2/3 exposure comenstation on the 10D. With the 20D I very seldon have to dial it down).
2. More reliable autofocus (I am not noticing as many misfocused shots with the 20D as with the 10D).
3. Noise level seems to be better with the 20D
4. Dynamic Range seems to be better with the 20D.
5. ETTL II seems to work better and I'm getting more consistent exposures. Sold my autoflashes (Sunpak PZ5000's which don't work very well on the 20D) and bought a 220EX for fill flash to go along with the 3 Sigma EF 500's).

I like this camera so well, I bought an extended warranty (3 more years for $49.00... a MACK warranty) for the one I use everyday becuase I expect to keep it past the next upgrade cycle. I could not say that about the three previous DSLR's.

If there's any specifice questions or anything else you want to know, drop me a note. Let me add, don't wait too long, get it as soon as you can and enjoy it.

Thanks, Jim for all the info. I am using two cameras right now, you can check which ones they are (becuase I don't remember, too much going on to remember) on my web-site, Http://TimeExposure.tripod.com and look around there. I am looking into getting a camera that turns on fast, and has great focus. I am also looking for one that will do good with people pictures. Sorry I don't have more info. Thanks a lot though,

Fawn
