Why Pentax SF1 Auto-focus not engaging lens?
I have a Pentax SF1 35mm SLR. When I depress the shutter release button part way to automatically engage the lens focusing, it won't work. I hear the little motor in the camera running but the lens doesn't do anything. What could be the problem? Thanks for your help.

It was probably in manual mode so you have to swich it to servo or single auto focus mode...
