Pre-Trigger Remote Cable Mystery

I recently purchased a Pocketwizard 10-pin remote cable for use on a Nikon D300s to shoot photos remotely along with a pair of Pocketwizard Flex TT5 transceivers. The transceivers work perfectly except when I want them to be used with the pre-trigger cable to fire the shutter remotely. Connections are tight... channels are identical... just won't work. Any Nikon users have the same issue? Camera setting missed? Pocketwizard setting missed? Thank you!

Thank you. That is a good website for assistance. I found the answer to the above question at Pocketwizards customer service. It turns out that I needed a slightly different cable for the new Flex TT5 transceivers... even though the connections using the old Plus II cable fit perfectly with the Flex. Everything works great now. Thank you again.
