HELP! Problems downloading AEB images

OK i'm sure this falls into the category of "I'm doing something wrong"!I shot images( highest JPEG) on my 5D and used autoexposure bracketing on all of them. I downloaded them using a card reader into Bridge and only one image shows up even though the data for the images indicates that there was AEB. So I tried downloading them using Zoombrowser EX (the Canon basic image editing and organizing software) and all the images show a multiple exposure icon in the lower right hand corner of the image and the information again indicates that there was AEB, but once again there only seems to be one image- I don't know how to download the 2 bracketed images. I'm assuming they exist because that is what the information seems to say. Or do you think that the info is only telling me that the camera was set to AEB but for some reason the camera didn't actually take the bracketed images? Any ideas are most appreciated. Regards, Annie

I'm not familiar with of what the 5D has that is similar to my Canon, but do you think your one picture that you can see is the first picture of a new folder?.
Can you see if the other pictures are the last of a folder, and the one picture starts a new set of numbers?
