Rodeo action shots... I have a Minolta Maxxum 700si. I use a Sigma Zoom APO 75-300mm 1.4 - 5.6 lens. I am still having trouble getting the good shots of my girls barrel racing. I know I need a different flash. I don't have one yet, only the one that is attached to the camera. I am told that I need a Minolta 5400 xi. And, also, sometimes the camera won't take the picture, even when it is on manual! I will press and press, and then they are gone, and I didn't get a shot! What am I doing wrong? Do I not really have it on manual? HELP! Thanks......
