Canon 30D Err 99 After receiving an Err 99 while shooting with my Canon 30D. I sent it back to Canon. It is not under warranty (expired 2 months ago), the cost is $210 to repair it. They say this repair is guaranteed for 3 months. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm a little worried about it happening again and paying another 200 bucks 4 months from now!

It is at the Canon Repair Center now. I received an email with the estimate/cost and that's all it said (the price for labor). I just paid it and hope to have it back as soon as possible.

The shutter assembly was replaced. It appears to be in good working order. I just hope it stays that way and doesn't gibe me any trouble.
