Night Pictures with a Sony Mavica MVC-FD71
I am completely new to photography. I got a MVC-FD71. How can I take a good picture of a building by night? It has its internal lights turned on only.

I use the an FD71 almost daily. The secret to decent night shots is a 35mm camera, processing and scanning! The FD71 is a wonderful camera... for day shots or close (3-10 ft) with the flash. The camera takes wonderful close-ups also. There is a low-light program you can select (via Picture Effect Button). It offers some in-camera digital enhancements to a low light shot. Be sure to hold the camera very steady... use a tripod if you can.
