Samsung
Is Samsung a good brand? I am interested in the new Samsung 145 with a Schneider lens. Is the German lens worth the extra $30 dollars I'd spend to get it? Also, what is a low dispersion lens?

I got that camera at the beginning of the summer; it was my first decent camera and I've fallen in love with photography since. Its no SLR, but it has a LOT of features that you rarely find on compacts but are fun to use (bulb mode, mult. exposures, exposure compensation, etc.) I've gotten some really nice pics with it. Can't help you with the lens question though.
