HOW DO I DO IT
how do I take a picture and put it in somehting like a waterfalls or in a rose or a whineglass or something like that.

The least cumbersome way would be to scan the two pictures into an imaging program like Elements and work with them as two layers. You can position one layer against the other, and vary the opacity of the layers until you see what you want.
