What happened to the CD
I recently had two rolls of Kodak 400 speed film developed that were of two highschool graduation ceremonies. The prints came out great,however the picture cd's that came with the prints are totally unusable,think of a snowy television picture!
Whathappened, and can I "fix" this on a computer?

I doubt that they are fixable... I don't know what method labs use to digitize them, but they usually aren't any good. Try to get a refund! (: I think there are some services online that will scan film if you don't have your own film scanner. Nancy
