Hi Gregory, The spot under right eye & white above nose on left side look to bright or maybe to much contrast, What do you think? Thank You Fran

Use the burn tool and try to make it darker. Or use the lasso tool and outline the area and play around with curves or the brightness and contrast adjustments.
