What are these orange lines?
I have a Minolta XG-1 and we have light orange verticle lines on the developed pictures. There may be one ot two lines but it may be about an inch wide or a darker one that is not as wide. I was wondering what it was? thank you

Has your camera or film been subjected to x-rays? See http://www.popphoto.com/article.php?section_id=3&article_id=848 (though the damage shown is green rather than orange). Otherwise it is probably due to a light leak. Check the back and seals for cracks, deterioration. There is also an outside chance that the lab mishandled your film and exposed it to light before developing.
