35mm camera when using a 35mm black and white camera what developing techniques shuold I use?

you develope black and white according to the film and the temperature of the developer. 100 speed dosen't need to be developed as long as 3200, there's a couple of minutes difference. (don't know the exact times off the top of my head) But regular development of tmax 400 in tmax developer was 7 minutes at 68 degrees I think. agitate every 30 seconds. pour it out, rinse, then fix it for another 7. Wash it for about 8-10 minutes then dry.
